Callzilla is very proud to announce that we have obtained a new, more advanced level of PCI Compliance. After months of hard work lead by our IT and Ops teams and a collaboration with a third party Assessor, we received certification. This additional level of PCI Compliance allows Callzilla to establish greater protection of consumer payment card and personal data.
Callzilla's SOC II Level II certification indicates that an independent accounting and auditing firm has reviewed and examined our objectives and activities as a business, and tested those controls to confirm that we are operating efficiently. This report verifies that Callzilla is safeguarding customer data, covering all necessary principles of Security, Availability, Confidentiality, and Privacy.
On a related note, we also obtained an ISO 9001:2015 certification, which is an international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). This demonstrates our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet client, customer and regulatory requirements.
