Rafael Moreno, MBA, PMP

Vice President, Global Technology

Rafael Moreno leads strategic planning related to information technology at Callzilla, and maintenance of our current IT systems. He and his team apply the latest best practices to maximize uptime and stability in our company’s computer systems and networks.

Before joining Callzilla, Moreno was System & Process Director at the Cargo Business Unit of LATAM, the largest airline in Latin America. There he was responsible for all IT operations and infrastructure, including the call center, telecommunications, server, and desktop platform. Among other projects, he led the IT infrastructure merge between LAN and TAM Airlines—a $5B merger.

Moreno holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from UDLA. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and certified by the ITIL Foundation (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
