As Head of Marketing, Corey Klein works to bridge the gap between our clients and colleagues, producing content designed to showcase Callzilla's achievements, technological advances, and daily activities. Corey also leads our automation initiative along side our development team, designing functional chat and voice bots for clients interested in taking their service to the next level.
Before joining Callzilla in 2017, she was the Bilingual Social Media Advisor at General Motors. There, she was responsible for customer assistance and marketing support service to customers on automotive forums, Twitter and Facebook pages, as well as other social platforms. She came to Callzilla as our Client Success Manager, spending the last several years studying the ins and outs of the industry. Corey brings her experience with Callzilla and call center culture, brand development, and technological advances to her role in marketing, sharing innovative and creative content with Callzilla’s readers.
