Corey Klein is at the center of action at Callzilla, not only leading communication with clients but interfacing with the Training and Quality Assurance team, Technology, HR, Operations, and even Sales.
Before joining Callzilla in 2017, she was Social Media Advisor at General Motors. There she was responsible for customer assistance and marketing support service to customers on automotive forums, Twitter and Facebook pages, as well as other social platforms.
In 2015, Callzilla was named #1 in the Americas for "managing and leading a knowledgeable and motivated team of agents to exceed customer expectations; based on how they respond to challenges, motivate agents, and more." Two years later, in 2017, Callzilla was named Best Outsourcing Provider at the 2017 Global Contact Center Awards.
